Candice Michelle Shares Advice To Wrestlers Who Worry About Botches: ‘Go Get Your S**t Together And Prove Them Wrong’

Candice Michelle comments on fans calling out wrestlers for botching a move.

A few weeks back, on his What Do You Wanna Talk About? podcast, Cody Rhodes said that “botch” isn’t a real word.

On TMZ’s Inside the Ring recently, Candice Michelle was asked how she feels about this.

“I think the fans lead the show, so they’re going to say what they want to. As a wrestler, I have watched several moves and nothing is more embarrassing than reading it on the dirt sheet. However, as an agent now… What I did back then, it doesn’t mean I never did it again. So I had a girl recently botch a move and I was like, ‘Yeah, girl. Let’s get it in this next match.’ She’s like, ‘Well, no, no, no. I’m going to practice some more.’ I was like, ‘Well, okay.’ But if you wait too long, now you have a whole complex about one move. I’m pretty sure she can do the move really well. So when you botch something and somebody calls you out on it, it’s like, ‘Girl, go get your shit together and let’s go prove them wrong.’ That’s kind of how I look at it. Yeah, there’s a shitty feeling to it, but also there’s an opportunity to grow from it. So I hope that the men and women, when we do that, it’s like we’re human. Play into that, use it in your character somehow or come back and let the fans get behind you for doing better.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Michelle said wrestling is missing femininity. Fans can read her comments here.
