In a year that will see Capitol Wrestling?s content air in the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe, the two-year old wrestling organization is proud to partner with Wrestling For Innocence on August 11th for an event in Nashville, Tennessee.
Wrestling For Innocence, established by criminal justice advocate, Anthony DiPippo, looks to bring pro wrestling events to communities in an attempt to entertain as well as educate people in regards those who are wrongfully convicted and the failings of our criminal justice system.
DiPippo, an exoneree himself, is a lifelong professional wrestling fan and has been a champion for the wrongfully convicted and Capitol Wrestling since he was proven innocent in 2016.
Nashville is the site of our first event due to the case of Adam Braseel, who was convicted of murder in 2006 and his family has been fighting to prove his innocence ever since.
