Cappuccino Jones Says Watching Rey Mysterio Win The WWE Championship Made Him Audibly Say He Was Going To Be A WWE Superstar

Cappuccino Jones has shared the moment where he knew he wanted to become a full-time WWE Championship.

Jones is a young wrestler on the United States’ independent wrestling scene who is one of several names who have been signed to WWE ID contracts and is also the current WWE ID Men’s Champion. Now, he has revealed the moment where he realized that he wanted to be a WWE superstar.

While speaking to CODA in a new interview, Cappuccino Jones explained the moment where he knew he wanted to become a WWE superstar.

“First time ever watching Raw, monumental episode. It’s the day after CM Punk won his first WWE title, Money in the Bank, and ran off. But I’m watching Rey Mysterio versus The Miz. Turn it on, this is the first match I’m seeing. I see Rey become WWE Champion and I audibly said in that moment, I’m going to be WWE Superstar.”
