Carlito was the mystery partner for the Latino World Order at WWE Fastlane. Despite his late arrival, he was able to help secure the victory for himself, Rey Mysterio, and Santos Escobar.
Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio wrestled most of the match against Bobby Lashley, Angelo Dawkins, and Montez Ford in a two-on-three situation. However, when the chips were down, Carlito returned to WWE, complete with a new theme song, and secured the victory for the LWO.
Carlito would pick up the victory by hitting a Backstabber on Montez Ford.

Carlito had not been seen since helping Bad Bunny capture a victory over Damian Priest at WWE Backlash in a San Juan Street Fight. Reports circulated that Carlito had signed with the company, but he had not appeared since his segment at WWE Backlash.
In any case, he's back now and for the Latino World Order, that's cool.
