Carlito says that his WWE exit is not the end of the world.

At the beginning of June, the Judgment Day member would announce that WWE would not be renewing his WWE contract. Soon after, he would exit WWE and will be returning to the independent scene one again.

While speaking to D-Von Dudley in a new interview, Carlito was asked about his WWE exit, with the former United States champion noting that it isn’t the end of the world.

“It’s the other, the contract ended and they wanted me not to renew. It was two weeks out and I never went to them, they never came to me. So, yeah, they call it like two weeks out. You don’t have to come to the RAW or whatever. I’m professional. I don’t like that they- I’m a professional. I’ll come in. I’m not going to come in whatever. It’s a live show, so you want pre-tape my stuff. So I don’t go AWOL or anything. But I’m a professional. Treat me like a mark or something. I’ll do my job and yes, whatever. It’s not the end of the world either.”

Elsewhere in another recent interview, Carlito talked about wanting to finish his storyline with The Judgment Day before his WWE exit. You can read more about that here.
