Carlos Silva On Learning Curves Of Joining TNA in 2025

Being the president of a pro wrestling promotion is no easy task, especially when a guy like Carlos Silva has no prior experience in the industry.
That said, Silva and company knocked it out of the park in 2025. TNA saw some of their biggest attendance numbers of all time as they formed a partnership with WWE and landed their biggest TV deal to date.
“The foundational pieces are all very similar,” Silva said. “I was able to let people know that foundationally, I had all of that. I let them get to know me so they knew I had all of those things.”
He continued, “Listen hard and learn. Even in 2025, we were on the road we did 52 shows on AXS TV, we did 4 PPVs, I’ve already done a lot of wrestling in one year and you learn a lot along the way. First three months were a lot of learning, second three months you feel better, third three months you get your sea legs and by the end of the year you understand the industry better.”
“We’ve got these great partners in WWE that have built this industry over 50 years and they’ve helped us become smarter and hopefully make some good decisions,” Silva added.
The WWE and TNA partnership is expected to continue for the next few years, as seen with AJ Styles upcoming appearance for their Thursday Night iMPACT! debut on AMC this upcoming Thursday, January 15.
