Cathy Kelley Says WWE Slammy Awards Won’t Take Place This Year

Cathy Kelley says WWE isn’t doing the Slammy Awards this year.

The WWE Slammy Awards were first introduced in 1986. They have run on and off for decades, most recently in 2025. But it seems WWE is skipping the Slammy Awards this year, as per Cathy Kelley.

On a recent edition of the Zelvx and Charlie Girl podcast, Kelley talked about the Slammy Awards. During the conversation, she was asked when they were taking place this year, and she revealed that WWE currently has no plans for the Slammys right now.

“It’s actually not happening this year. WWE World is like a little bit different, and so there are a lot of other things going on.”
