Cesar Duran Promises Big Things For MLW in 2026

Cesar Duran, who many know as Dario Cueto from his days with Lucha Underground, took to social media to make a promise about MLW next year. As MLW president, Duran made a bold statement as to what fans can expect from the promotion in 2026.

“New signings. New faces. Familiar ones returning to collect old debts. MLW is very busy… and very ambitious… as we prepare something new for 2026. Trust me… you will not be ready,” Duran wrote.

MLW recently relocated their headquarters to Charleston, SC, where they held a joint show with Don Gato. At that event, Mistico became a two-time Opera Cup winner, the first wrestler to ever win the tournament in back-to-back years.

Also at the show, Mads Krule Krueger successfully defended his World Championship over Brock Anderson. After making his TNA debut at Final Resolution, it was reported that both Brock and CW Anderson are no longer with the company.

On March 14, MLW will be returning to Center Stage in Atlanta, GA. They recently had to reschedule their show in Dallas, TX, but will return on January 29 with Battle Riot VIII from the greater Orlando area.
