Cesaro wants revenge!
Over the past two weeks, Cesaro has picked up singles victories over Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler, gaining positive momentum as he heads into the Royal Rumble match. He explained that he rejected Daniel Bryan's offer for a rematch because he had already beaten him and didn't see the point in doing it again.
As for his winning streak, Cesaro says that he feels like his old self and that going back to the basics has been working well for him.
Appearing on Talking Smack, the Swiss Superman was asked if he had given any thought as to who he would challenge if he wins the Rumble match next Sunday. The answer, Roman Reigns. Cesaro wants to get back at the Universal Champion for beating up and costing his tag team partner Shinsuke Nakamura a title opportunity when they interfered in the #1 Contender Gauntlet match on the January 8 edition of SmackDown.
Paul Heyman believes that Cesaro versus Roman Reigns is "huge box office." The Tribal Chief's Special Council praised Cesaro, calling him confident, highly-skilled, and on a path to the top where the only person with a chance of stopping him is the reigning Universal Champion.
Talking Smack is available to watch on the free version of the WWE Network.
