Chad Gable States That Mask vs. Mask Match Is What He’s Most Proud Of In His Career

Chad Gable expresses how proud he is of that bout.

The headlining match of AAA Noches de Los Grandes week one was the Original El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) versus El Grande Americano (Ludwig Kaiser) in a Mask versus Mask match.

Gable lost the match and had to unmask. He then gave a speech to the audience and received a round of applause for his run as the Original El Grande.

Looking back at that bout, Gable told The Hot Tag Wrestling Podcast that it is what he’s most proud of in his career.

“For sure, for a number of reasons,” Gable said the Mask versus Mask match is what he’s most proud of in his career. “You calling it a piece of art is spot-on for me as a performer. That’s really just the way I kind of look at things nowadays so, but yes, it is my masterpiece so far.”

Gable is now back on the WWE main roster just as himself. In the same interview, he said he’s aiming to become WWE Champion.
