No specific details have been released due to a minor being involved. Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that the charges were dropped because judge believed that the driver had fulfilled the counseling and community service required in his sentence.

Jan Ross passed away on March 23 of last year after she was rear ended by a vehicle while riding a Vespa on her way home from the gym. She was not wearing a helmet at the time, and when she crashed suffered multiple skull fractures which led to her death several days later.
