On Nov. 27, Charlotte Flair applied to trademark the terms "The Queen of Wrestling" (her WWE nickname) and "Ashley Flair" (a combination of her real name and wrestling name) Both were listed with the following description:

G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network

On the same day, Charlotte's boyfriend Andrade applied to trademark "El Idolo" (his WWE nickname) and "La Sombra" (his ring name in CMLL) with the following description.

IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network.

WWE has a trademark on "Andrade 'Cien' Almas" but there are no records for the trademark on "Charlotte Flair." @LuchaBlog notes the Alonso family still has the trademark of "La Sombra" in Mexico
