Charlotte Flair Says All Ronda Rousey Has To Do To Be Successful In WWE Is To Be Herself

Charlotte had some wise words for Ronda.

The soon-to-be UFC Hall Of Famer Ronda Rousey has been with WWE for six months now and tonight in her first singles match with the company she will have the opportunity to become RAW Women's Champion at 'Money In The Bank' as she will square off against the champion Nia Jax. When "Rowdy" Ronda arrived to WWE at the conclusion of the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble match the rumors began swirling that a match between Ronda and Charlotte Flair was in the works.

Six-Man Tag, Mixed Tag, X-Division Title Bout, More Announced For TNA Under Siege

The two superstars have yet to cross paths on WWE TV since that moment and both have openly stated that they would love to compete against one another. Charlotte's Hall Of Fame father Ric Flair has promoted a match between Charlotte and Ronda in countless interviews as well. Although there is a competitive/friendly nature between the two women Charlotte did give Ronda Rousey a bit of advice as she progresses in her WWE career.

“You know, people care about Ronda and her demeanor as a total badass." Charlotte told 'Hollywood Life'. "So, I told her that while this is obviously a different world than the UFC, be who you are, because, that is what got you to the dance. With WWE, it is all about characters and the emotional connection that you have with that talent. So, [Ronda] has already proven herself as an athlete, she just has to stay true to what brought Ronda Rousey to the dance and that is her confident, bad-ass demeanor. That is just something she has to stay with and don’t change for anyone. Just be you."

Charlotte will also be in action tonight at the 'Money In The Bank' PPV as she is one of eight competitors in the third Women's Money In The Bank Ladder match. To view the full match card for tonight's show, click here.
