Charlotte Flair Says She Still Has The Original WWE Divas Title
Charlotte Flair won the WWE Divas Championship from Nikki Bella at WWE Night of Champions 2015.
Charlotte held the championship for 196 days before the WWE Women’s Championship was created and decided at WrestleMania 32 in a triple threat match between Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks in WWE).
Charlotte joined The Undertaker and Michelle McCool on Six Feet Under, and revealed that she still has the original Divas Championship.
“I have the original one. After I won it from Nikki, and when I won the inaugural Raw (women’s title), they let me keep [The Divas Title]. I have the original Divas Championship,” she said.
McCool was the first-ever WWE Divas Champion, winning the vacant title from Natalya at WWE The Great American Bash 2008. McCool held the title for 155 days.
Charlotte previously said that she lost the Divas Title while moving from North Carolina to Florida. It is unclear if that was a replica or if she managed to retrieve the title.
Charlotte Flair will be looking to add more gold to her collection at WWE Evolution when she teams with Alexa Bliss to challenge Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in a four-way bout that also includes The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) and ZaRuca (Zaria & Sol Ruca)
