Charlotte Flair Submits Lyra Valkyria To Advance In Queen Of The Ring Tournament On WWE SmackDown
Charlotte Flair advances in the Queen of the Ring tournament.
The 6/12 edition of WWE SmackDown saw Sol Ruca, Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair, and Jade Cargill battle each other in a fatal-4-way to advance in the Queen of the Ring tournament.
Early on in the bout, B-Fab and Michin launched a two-on-one attack on Charlotte Flair, which led to Alexa Bliss coming to save the day. They overwhelmed Bliss as well, and this time, Tiffany Stratton came to the rescue.
Towards the end of the bout, Jade Cargill hit Jaded on Charlotte Flair. She went for the pin, but Lyra broke the cover.
Shortly after, Sol Ruca hit the Sol Snatcher against Cargill. Lyra broke the pin again. Lyra hits a led drop on Jade, then gets hit by Natural Selection from Charlotte. She goes for a rollup but doesn’t get the pin.
She attempts a Nightwing on Flair, but gets kicked by Ruca. Moments later, Charlotte locks the Figure Four leglock on Lyra and gets a submission victory.
Charlotte will now face Liv Morgan in the semi-finals.
