WWE RAW Women's Champion Charlotte Flair was recently interviewed by Raute Musik about many subjects, but mainly about her rivalry with Sasha Banks, and the Iron Woman Match from this past Sunday.
"I really haven't had time to think about it. It was an honor being in an iron man match with Sasha. She really is my kryptonite. I'm really looking forward to 2017 and seeing who my next rivalry is."
She was asked what she thinks her best match with Sasha has been. "Probably our Wrestlemania Triple Threat with her and Becky Lynch," she said, "just because it was our first Wrestlemania. And we surpassed expectations."
There's been a lot of historical firsts when it comes to the women's division recently--First Ever Main Event of a PPV, First Ever Hell In A Cell Match, First Ever Tables Match, First Ever (Main Roster) Women's Iron Man Match. Charlotte was asked what "First Ever" she'd like to see the women take on next. "I think a Money In The Bank (ladder match) would be awesome," she said.
Charlotte also revealed her travel partner when she's on the road--"Nia Jax"--and how she prefers to spend her days when she gets to be at home--"Sleeping. Going to dinner with friends and sitting out in the sun shine"--but the interview turned back to wrestling soon enough, and her personal goals for 2017.
Charlotte wants to "Main event Wrestlemania and make each year better than the last, and just to continue to get better every day."
