Chelsea Green Confirms That She Signed Five-Year Contract Extension With WWE
Green confirms the contract extension timeline.
In October 2025, Fightful Select reported that Chelsea Green signed a five-year contract extension with WWE. While Green was guest appearing on Notsam Wrestling Live!, she confirmed the five-year timeline.
“And yet, she doesn’t know how to wrestle,” Green sarcastically responded when Sam Roberts mentioned that she has specific music, attire, and entrance video treatment. “And how good is that? I just signed five more years and I suck at wrestling and I love that for me.”
Green is a two-time WWE United States Champion. Her second reign with the belt came to an end on the January 2nd Friday Night SmackDown when she was defeated by Giulia. Her second reign lasted 56 days.
Green has been back with WWE since 2023. She is currently one-half of the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Champions alongside NXT North American Champion Ethan Page. Green’s husband, Matt Cardona, is back under contract with WWE.
