Chelsea Green: I Don’t Know That I’ll Ever Feel Secure. It’s Show Business, No One Is Untouchable
Chelsea Green doesn’t want to get complacent.
Despite being out of action with an ankle injury, Green is continuing to stay in the public eye by appearing on SmackDown and doing a ton of interviews.
In a new interview, Esteban Ramirez talked to Green about becoming undeniable in WWE and how she has continued to grow her base of fans. In response, the former Women’s United States Champion noted that she doesn’t know if she’ll ever feel secure due to the nature of show business.
“You’re telling me that but I don’t know, I don’t feel that way. I’m always working to make sure that I’m leveling up, that my jokes are funnier, that my outfits are better, that I’m not becoming complacent at the workplace. Even you telling me that, that feels amazing but I’ve been released from WWE so many times and this journey has been so bumpy, so I don’t know that I’ll ever just feel secure and feel like, ‘Yeah, I’m impenetrable.’ It’s show business, no one is untouchable, I don’t know.”
