Chelsea Green says that she’d be more than happy to close the book on her WWE and wrestling career following her WWE Women’s Title win.

At WWE SummerSlam last weekend, Green would feature in a multi-woman ladder match to crown an interim WWE Women’s Champion with Rhea Ripley out with injury. Chelsea would end up capturing the championship in the bout, making her a triple crown champion in WWE.

While speaking to XTU Philadelphia in a new interview, Chelsea Green was asked about how rewarding it felt to win the championship, noting that if she were to retire today, she would happy following her WWE Women’s Title win.

“It does, and it just, it truly does feel like everything happened at the perfect time in Minnesota at SummerSlam with my family ringside, my husband ringside. Like I could not have asked for a better full circle moment. If I were to close the book that is WWE or that is professional wrestling or whatever it is, I would be so happy doing that today because of this moment.”

Elsewhere in another recent interview, Chelsea Green recalled an instance where Triple H discussed making her character more serious before losing quickly a week later. You can read more about that here.
