Cherry Would Be Open To A WWE Royal Rumble Return, Believes Not Having A Long Run Works Against Her
Cherry, who spent her time in WWE paired with Deuce and Domino, speaks about a possible return for a Royal Rumble appearance.
While speaking to Rewind, Recap, Relive in a new interview, Cherry spoke about potentially returning to WWE for a Royal Rumble appearance.
“I would love that. I don’t know. I wasn’t there that long. So I think that works against me, and then now that there’s NXT and all of these people and veterans, it makes it harder for someone like me. I mean, I would love it. I’m open to it, and I think that they’re shooting more for keeping the contracted talent on the Rumbles now. I mean, it was a little bit more of an opportunity when they first brought the Rumble in for the women, but now they have so many people signed that their using who they’re contracted for. I hate to say that, but I wasn’t really there that long, even though I feel like we had a memorable team. It would be great. I’m open to it.”
