Steve 'Mongo' McMichael was laid to rest on Thursday in Chicago.
Jim McMahon, Otis Wilson, Gary Fencik, Kevin Buttler, Dan Hampton, James Thornton and Bears chairman George McCaskey were among the former Chicago Bears players to attend the service.
McMichael sadly passed away on April 23 at the age of 67 after battling ALS.
In the wrestling world, McMichael had a memorable run as a member of the Four Horsemen in WCW, and he is a former WCW United States Champion.
Before entering the ring, McMichael had a Hall of Fame football career, winning a Super Bowl while playing for the 1985-1986 Chicago Bears. He amassed 92.5 sacks in his NFL career, second most in Bears history. He was inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 2024.

AEW will pay tribute to "Mongo" on Saturday at AEW Collision Beach Break, which was taped in Chicago. Ric Flair will be part of the tribute. Flair attended McMichael's service on Thursday as well.
