Prior to beginning his discussion with Thunder Rosa on the most recent episode of Talk Is Jericho, Jericho reveals that he is under the impression Serena was signed by AEW  following her match with Rosa on the September 2 episode of Dynamite because of the quality of the match.

"[Thunder Rosa] had a hell of a debut on Dynamite last week in a great match against Serena Deeb. It got Serena signed actually, I believe,” Jericho said.

Jericho did not elaborate any further about Serena's status with the company but in the past, he has provided some knowledge regarding these topics. He broke the news about Alex Reynolds and John Silver signing with the company. Serena did respond to all of the praise she received for the match in a recent tweet.
