Chris Jericho Says Vince McMahon Works Out At 4:30 AM

Vince McMahon is a hard working boss who expects a lot out from his employees, according to Chris Jericho.

Chris Jericho recently did an interview on Q With Tom Power, where he was asked about his relationship with Vince McMahon and how he speaks positively about his boss. Jericho admitted he is not always a fan of McMahon but he has  known to do as his boss wishes.

"I don't see how you could not (speak positively about McMahon). I've worked for him for seventeen years, he's my boss. You don't always love your boss. Tell me somebody who's been working somewhere for a long time that has had nothing but wine and roses with their boss and I'm going to tell you that you're probably lying. He's in charge. Sometimes I have to do things I don't want to do, because he is the boss. I trust him, even sometimes if I don't, I have no choice. Either I do it or I quit," said Jericho.

Above everything else, Jericho said he respects McMahon and McMahon has made it clear he is willing to put in the work as well.

"This is a guy, there's nothing he would ask you to do that he wouldn't do himself. Great example is, we were in Orlando doing a show. I had to do press in New York early in the morning. He had me come on his private jet. We flew back from Orlando to New York, had some drinks, listened to some tunes, had a great time, and landed at four thirty, both drunk," said Jericho. "He goes 'what are you doing?' I'm going home to pass out because I have to get up at six thirty for press. He says 'I'm going to the gym. Come with me,'" he added.

McMahon apparently sent Jericho pictures a few hours later of McMahon lifting weights. Jericho said McMahon's work ethic has rubbed off on guys like himself, The Rock, and John Cena. He also talked about McMahon's expectations for his employees.
