Cinta De Oro, Former Sin Cara, Joins English Football Team As Director of International Development

Cinta De Oro will begin a new job starting the new year.

British football team Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. announced that Oro, the former Sin Cara who was recently released by WWE, will join the club as its new Director of International Development beginning on January 1.

Below is the official announcement from Wolverhampton, translated from Spanish to English:

The Wolves have the pleasure of announcing Cinta de Oro as the Director of International Development as of January 1, 2020.

His duties include searching for talent, alliances with football schools and scouting for new international figures for the future of the Wolves.

We trust in his abilities as a high-caliber athlete. His deep involvement with football could be beneficial in this aspect of his career.

Oro has traveled to England to attend a game earlier this year and is also friends with Wolverhampton forward Raul Jimenez. Wolverhampton currently competes in the English Premier League, the country's top domestic football league where clubs such as Manchester United and Chelsea compete at, and sit in seventh place.

Earlier this month, Oro made a surprise appearance at a Lucha Libre AAA event roughly a week after he was released by WWE. Just days after his AAA appearance, he changed his ring name from Sin Cara to Cinta De Oro.
