Clark Connors: I Think Bullet Club Has Surpassed The NWO As The Biggest Faction Of All Time

For better or worse, Clark Connors says Bullet Club has surpassed the NWO, given its amount of members.

Bullet Club was formed in 2013, and it has changed a lot over the years, as key members have come and gone. The group's influence is felt throughout the wrestling world, and there are technically multiple versions, as Jay White leads Bullet Club Gold in AEW, AJ Styles and The Good Brothers are in WWE, and Ace Austin and Chris Bey are in TNA.

Speaking on Hitting The Turnbuckle, Clark Connors was asked about Bullet Club, and the interviewer compared it to the New World Order by calling it one of the biggest factions in wrestling. Connors responded by saying that he thought that Bullet Club had surpassed the NWO as the biggest faction, given the amount of members that it had.

“Yeah, I mean, I think it’s eclipsed the NWO in terms of that, in terms of being the biggest faction of all time. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, I wouldn’t necessarily say. Everyone knows the NWO was the best when it was a clusterfuck [laughs]. No, I think in terms of Bullet Club, it’s a cool idea that spans through all the major promotions in wrestling, which I find so unique. It’s never really been done before. But that being said, the real Bullet Club is the Japanese Bullet Club. It is the War Dogs, led by David Finlay, and that’s all there is to it. It’s a lineage that runs through there. There’s guys who obviously created the damn thing in companies, but they’re not there anymore. It’s ours, and we’re the only ones doing it correctly. The Bullet Club, the War Dogs in particular, is how the Bullet Club always has been and should be, a bunch of foreigners kicking ass, doing whatever the fuck they want, and that’s damn sure what we’re doing," Connors said.

David Finlay recently stated that the Bullet Club War Dogs run NJPW. Check out his comments here.
