CM Punk Doesn’t Plan On Writing A Book, Feels Like Too Many People Would Be ‘Unnecessarily Upset’ About It’

CM Punk doesn’t plan on writing a book.

Since 2020, major names like Becky Lynch, Jon Moxley, Natalya, Drew McIntyre, and the Young Bucks have all released personal and deep autobiographies.

Don’t expect CM Punk to join that list in the future, as he recently told Brandon Walker and Mark Titus of Mostly Sports that too many people would be unnecessarily upset about his book.

“No. I feel like too many people would be unnecessarily upset about it.”

Punk said that people being upset wouldn’t change his day-to-day life before explaining that he saw his wife “painstakingly” write her book.

“No it doesn’t but it’s also a big undertaking. I saw my wife painstakingly write her book and it doesn’t look enjoyable. She worked super hard on that and I’d just need to focus 100% of my time on that.”

Titus mentioned that the book would be a tell all situation for Punk. ‘The Best In The World’ expressed concern about possibly being sued.

“Yeah, for myself. Yeah, and then people are like, ‘I’m gonna sue.’ Oh Jesus Christ, grow up.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Punk talked about his desire to wrestle at Wrigley Field. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
