CM Punk can't watch more than eight seconds of wrestling.
At a media scrum for UFC 225, CM Punk was asked about Ronda Rousey's debut and his advice to her about starting her professional wrestling career. Steve Muehlhausen asked CM Punk if he watched Rousey's match which he replied by saying he had only seen clips.
"I did not (watch the match). I saw a couple clips. When I say it's hard for me to watch wrestling it's not like an anxiety thing. I can't get through eight second. It's like going to a baseball game at Citi Field. I like Wrigley Field, it's old school. Going to a baseball game at Citi Field...a guy takes ball four they blow off fireworks and their LED screens on everything. Wrestling now is completely like that...I feel like I'm going to have a seizure," said CM Punk.
Even non-WWE wrestling does not interest CM Punk but he did say he was aware that Kenny Omega is popular.
At UFC 225, CM Punk will have his second mixed-martial-arts bout and will attempt to get his first win in the sport.
