CM Punk responds to fan criticism of his storyline booking in AEW.
Recently, CM Punk finally started getting into it on the microphone with Maxwell Jacob Friedman. This week, he is going to wrestle Lee Moriarty for the first time ever.
When a fan criticized this match and the booking style of AEW, CM Punk fired back that perhaps he and Maxwell should try to team up to see if they can co-exist.

In recent months, WWE had so often been doing matches where opponents team to see if they can coexist that their wrestlers, such as Drew McIntyre, had begun mocking the coexisting trope as well, joking about his Survivor Series team having an easier time coexisting in an interview with Scott Fishman.
