CM Punk pays tribute to Dory Funk Jr.

Dory Funk Jr. recently passed away at the age of 85 on August 4. The wrestling world paid tribute to the WWE Hall of Famer, and now CM Punk has joined the list.

On August 7, during a WWE live event in Fairfax, VA, CM Punk and Cody Rhodes teamed up against Ricky Saints and Gunther.

The finish of the match saw Punk hit Saints with the GTS, and then go for the spinning toe hold – a move used by Dory Funk Jr. – to win the match.
