CM Punk Says He Doesn't Miss Wrestling, Claims WWE Sends Lawyers After Him

Former WWE Champion and current subject of disaffected smark chants CM Punk recently appeared on his hometown Chigago affiliate of ESPN Radio and was asked if there was any part of him that misses professional wrestling.

And there you have it, folks, a definitive statement that is sure to put to bed any speculation about Punk's eventual return to WWE. Surely.

In the same ESPN Radio interview, Punk claimed that WWE has sent lawyers after him because they’re angry that he “called them on their BS.” He cited, as an example, WWE senior ringside physician Dr. Chris Amann suing him for defamation over comments he made on Colt Cabana’s Art of Wrestling podcast in 2014.

Punk, of course, had an acrimonious exit from the WWE shortly after the Royal Rumble of that same year.
