CM Punk Says MJF Is An Even Bigger Waste Of Khan Money Than Tim Tebow, And More | AEW Fight Size

Here is your post-AEW Dynamite fight size update for Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

- The final episode of Dynamite on TNT before the move to TBS was kicked off with a 10-man tag team match that saw FTR, Matt Hardy, and Private Party defeat the Lucha Bros, Christian Cage, and Jurassic Express. Backstage after the bout, Jurassic Express challenged the Lucha Bros to a Tag Title match next week which they quickly accepted.

- 2point0 and Daniel Garcia defeated Santana, Ortiz, and Eddie Kingston and then continued their beatdown of the trio after the bell. Chris Jericho then came out and made the save. This is the first time we've seen Jericho in nearly one month. He and Kingston argued to end the segment with Eddie insisting he didn't want or need help.

- MJF says he has moved past CM Punk and is focusing on acquiring championships. He then told Wardlow to keep piling up the victories so that he can eventually win the TNT Title and hand it over to MJF. It was revealed that Wardlow's contract stipulates that he relinquishes all winning to MJF while employed in perpetuity.

- With the help of a debuting Mercedes Martinez, Jade Cargill was able to defeat Thunder Rosa and advance to the finals of the TBS Championship Tournament.

- CM Punk addressed the crowd at Daily's Place and said that he also has Championship aspirations. He also took a shot at MJF who he says is a bigger waste of Khan money than Tim Tebow.

- Brian Pillman Jr. called out Malakai Black and is set to face him next week on Dynamite. The young star wants revenge for the pain Black has caused both Griff Garrison and Julia Hart.

- Kyle O'Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Adam Cole defeated Best Friends after the Young Bucks interfered and superkicked Chuck Taylor. Cole left the ring with the Bucks, seemingly upset with O'Reilly who accidentally kicked him in the face earlier when a kick was dodged. After just one week together, there already seems to be friction amongst the trio.
