CM Punk: There Are 1000 Hats I Can Wear When I Can’t Go In The Ring Anymore
CM Punk has admitted that he’s enjoying his return to WWE, especially now that his wife AJ Lee is back in the fold.
At some point, Punk’s in-ring career will come to an end, and Punk has many ideas of what could be next for him.
“I think I’m a five-tool player. You can put me on commentary. I could ref. That probably wouldn’t work. I’d probably take some attention away from whoever is in the ring. There are so many behind-the-scenes roles. We call them producers now, but in my day we called them agents. There are people who put shows together. There are writers, obviously, now. Creative people. I love all aspects of the business. There are 1000 hats I could wear once I’m crippled and can’t go anymore,” Punk said on Pardon My Take.
