CM Punk To Open 8/11 WWE RAW

CM Punk will kick off Monday’s edition of WWE RAW.

Punk has had a hard period of time over the past week. At WWE SummerSlam night one last weekend, Punk would face off with Gunther in a brutal affair, where he would take advantage of Gunther being busted open to defeat ‘The Ring General’. Following the bout, Seth Rollins would make his return, revealing that he had been faking his knee injury and the need for crutches before successfully cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase on Punk.

In a new ad that aired during Friday’s WWE SmackDown, it was announced that CM Punk will be kicking off this Monday’s edition of WWE RAW after a chaotic end to this past week’s edition of the program.

On this past Monday’s edition of WWE RAW, Punk along with LA Knight was involved in a brawl with Seth Rollins’  group, The Vision. During that segment, Roman Reigns would once again be laid out by the faction, and had his shoes stolen once again by ‘Big’ Bronson Reed. You can read more about that here.
