CM Punk Was Never Made An Offer To Be At All In

Some fans were left disappointed that CM Punk didn't appear at All In on Sept. 1.

The event was held in Punk's backyard of Chicago and he appeared at a Pro Wrestling Tees signing over the same weekend, leading many to speculate that he would show up in some capacity at the actual event. However, the four hours went by without an appearance by the former WWE Champion.

Speaking to Ariel Helwani on Ariel Helwani's MMA Show, Punk stated that Cody and The Young Bucks never presented him with a formal offer to appear.

"I was never made an offer to be there. They said, "if you want to come, you should come." It wasn't implied (to come) as a fan. But it was extremely vague. It wasn't an offer."

This goes against what Cody Rhodes said prior to All In. According to Cody, a "full offer" was made to Punk prior to the event, but that Punk was focused on his MMA career.

Punk went on to state that even if a formal offer was made, he was unsure if he would have been able to do it due to his movie commitments.

When asked if the door was open to returning to wrestling, Punk stated, "There's nothing that interests me in wrestling." And while some companies have made headlines about reaching out to him to appear at their show, Punk said no offers have been made.

You can currently watch CM Punk on Ultimate Beastmaster on Netflix where he serves as one of the commentators.
