Cody To Meet Lance Archer At AEW Double Or Nothing To Crown First-Ever TNT Champion

Cody is headed to the finals of the AEW TNT Title tournament.

Cody once again overcame Darby Allin on AEW Dynamite, scoring a pinfall victory in the semi-finals of the AEW TNT Title tournament to advance to the finals. Allin gave Cody his best shot, even getting a little help from Britt Baker and her shoe and kicking out of the Cross Rhodes. Cody went for a Coffin Drop, but Allin got his knees up, leading to Allin hitting his Coffin Drop, but Cody rolled over to pin the shoulders of Allin.

Later in the night, Lance Archer punched his ticket to the finals of the tournament by decimating Dustin Rhodes. Archer busted open Rhodes and hit him with everything he could, but Dustin showed a "never say die" attitude, refusing to quit and not wanting his family to stop the match. It didn't matter as Archer still managed to put Rhodes away.

Cody and Lance Archer will meet at AEW Double or Nothing to crown the first-ever AEW TNT Champion.
