NXT announced that Cody Rhodes will be present for the October 10 episode of NXT and he'll make a major announcement.
Rhodes was a mentor to Husky Harris (Bray Wyatt) on the third season of NXT. His father Dusty Rhodes is widely credited for much of the success of the early days of NXT as he worked as a coach. In past years, NXT has held the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic to honor Dusty.

The October 10 episode of NXT will go head-to-head with AEW Dynamite.
