At WWE Extreme Rules 2012, Cody Rhodes battled The Big Show (Paul Wight) in a tables match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
The finish saw Show step off the apron and through a table on the outside, causing him to lose.
"Big Show told the producer, 'It's going to work.' That producer was dying to tell us we were wrong. When his foot went through the table, his face. I remember him saying, 'I was wrong. That was great,'" Cody recalled on What Do You Want To Talk About?
Cody revealed that Michael Hayes was the producer for the match.
He continued, "To Michael's credit, he said, 'Do it, and I can't wait to tell you guys it's wrong.' He was forthcoming afterwards because he's been right so many times in his career, to take that random shot, and Show's foot going through the table."
