Cody Rhodes Shows Off Eye Injury Day After WrestleMania 42 Saturday
In the main event of WrestleMania 42 night one, Cody Rhodes retained the Undisputed WWE Title by defeating Randy Orton. Near the end of the match, Orton caught Cody with a series of punches that split open Cody.
After the match, Orton hit Cody with the title and laid him out with the punt kick.
Cody was visibly cut up, and WWE posted footage after the event of Cody’s eye being swollen shut.
The following day, Cody Rhodes met with fans and his eye was visibly shut.

Before WrestleMania 42 Sunday, WWE announced that Cody was sidelined with an orbital injury.
