Cody Rhodes States He Will Not Be Going To WWE; Will Try To Make 'All In 2' A Reality

Big news from the Jericho cruise.

Following his bout with Delirious on Chris Jericho's "Rock & Wrestling Rager Cruise," Cody spoke to those in attendance and stated that he would not be signing with WWE and that he would "do everything in his power" to make All In 2 happen. He also ruled out making an appearance at the Royal Rumble. Brandi, Cody's wife, tried to wave off her husband from sharing the news when he first grabbed the mic. Cody said he would share "the vague version" of the news and believed there was no internet (despite posting multiple photos from the cruise).

Kenny Omega Comments On Rossy Ogawa And Marigold

Wrestling Inc first reported the news.

Fightful was told by those on the cruise that Cody later joked that he would be going to WWE and appearing in the Royal Rumble. The tone was said to be not serious when compared to his initial comments and was said tongue-in-cheek.

Cody has been teasing fans with his next move for months now. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer recently reported that Cody's ROH contract is set to expire at the end of this month, but he will work through the year before deciding on his next move. It's believe that Cody, the Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, and Hangman Page will stick together.
