Cody and Brandi Rhodes departed AEW on Tuesday after being part of the group that helped launch the company and serving in office positions.
Cody was referenced on Wednesday's Dynamite as a former TNT Champion and for his Dog Collar match against Brodie Lee as CM Punk and MJF are set to meet in the same type of bout at AEW Revolution.
He was removed from the opening video package.
A fan on Twitter noted that they could not watch AEW Dynamite as Cody was the face of the revolution and the company won't be the same without him.
Cody is still encouraging fans to watch AEW Dynamite.
