Rhodes and Uso are set to meet in the King of the Ring semifinals.
The conclusion of the June 16th Monday Night Raw was headlined by a Fatal 4-Way to determine who advances in the King of the Ring tournament.
Competing in the bout was Jey Uso, Bronson Reed, Rusev, and Sheamus. As the bout was ongoing, there was involvement from Bron Breakker, Penta, and L.A. Knight.
In the end, it was Jey Uso securing the win to advance. After the match, an angry Seth Rollins stormed to the ring and lined Uso up for a Curb Stomp. Coming to the ring to prevent that was Cody Rhodes. Rollins and Rhodes stared each other down before Rollins exited the ring.
Rhodes versus Uso in a King of the Ring semifinal match is set for the 6/23 WWE Raw.
