Cody Rhodes: Vince McMahon Played John Cena’s Album At Max Volume On The Corporate Jet When It First Came Out

Cody Rhodes shares a Vince McMahon story.

John Cena changed his career forever with the release of his ‘You Can’t See Me’ album in May 2005. Apparently, Cena also altered the history of Vince McMahon’s corporate jet rides as well.

On the latest episode of his What Do You Wanna Talk About podcast, Cody Rhodes said that his dad told him that McMahon would blast Cena’s album at max volume during jet rides.

“When the album first came out, when John did that album — most people know he self financed it and did everything himself. When that album first came out, Vince was such a fan of it that he played it on the corporate jet at max. My dad had just come back to work here and he couldn’t tell if it was a rib or it was like, oh, this is what these jet rides are like. It’s just so loud. Like the whole flight, what? John was on the flight too.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Rhodes talked about Dominik Mysterio’s aura. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
