The Real American Freestyle promotion is several shows into its existence, and they are heading into the new year with a headlining bout for their January 10th show.
The event will emanate from Sunrise, Florida, and the main event is a bout between former Interim UFC Welterweight Champion Colby Covington and former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold.

Rockhold has a background in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and in the early 2000s, he won a gold medal at the IBJJF World Jiu-Jitsu Championships.
Covington has a 17-5 MMA record. He was a Division I All-American in collegiate wrestling.
