Cruiserweight Set To Return To WWE TV This Week

He was a fan favorite in the Cruiserweight Classic, turning in a Match of the Year Candidate against Kota Ibushi, and he parlayed the fantastic crowd response into a contract with WWE, becoming one of the bright spots in the early days of 205 Live. Then he suffered an injury and hasn't been seen in months.

But this week, Cedric Alexander is back.

At least, according to a report at PWInsider.

He had been teasing this return on social media for a while now, often using the hashtag "TickTock" to signify the clock counting down until his comeback.

When he went out with the injury, he had just extricated himself from a feud with Noam Dar over the affections of Alicia Fox. That feud is still going on in some form, but with Rich Swann in the Cedric Alexander role.

He hasn't been seen on TV since being a part of a Six Man Tag match on the February 28th edition of 205 Live.
