D-Von Dudley speaks about working with Beer Money in TNA and specifically, who Bobby Roode reminds him of.

Throughout the Dudley’s run in TNA, they faced off with some of the companies top tag teams during their run, forming a rivalry with Beer Money (Bobby Roode and James Storm). Now, D-Von has spoken about working with the pair.

While speaking on Pro Wrestling Culture in a new interview, D-Von Dudley spoke about Beer Money, comparing Bobby Roode to Triple H and Mr Perfect.

“Loved working with Beer Money. Beer Money was great to work with. Bobby Roode, I always said was old school. Bobby Roode reminded me of Triple H and Mr. Perfect put together. He always did, and I always said that to Bobby, he had Triple H’s attitude, a little bit of Triple H’s look but with the selling and movement of Mr. Perfect in a sense, you know, so I was always happy to work with him. James Storm was just, he was crazy. You know, he loved to drink his beer. Bring it down the ringside, and I remember fighting outside, working my way over to the corner where he was, only to grab his beer and drink it when I got thirsty.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, D-Von spoke about how Vince McMahon didn’t give him time to develop his Reverend D-Von character. You can read more about that here.
