Damian Priest: All Drew McIntyre Does Is Talk, He Forgot How To Deliver

Damian Priest sends a message to Drew McIntyre.

At WWE WrestleMania XL, Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the bank briefcase and beat Drew McIntyre to win the World Heavyweight Championship. On the following episode of WWE Raw, McIntyre targeted Priest in a promo and said he was a transitional champion.

During an appearance on WWE's The Bump, Damian Priest was asked to comment on McIntyre's trash talk.

"I could care less what Drew says. Drew’s been talking for months. That’s all he does is talk. He forgot how to deliver, and that’s why he lost at WrestleMania. That’s why he lost on Raw. The old Drew McIntyre, the one that he always talks about, when he had his moment but there was no fans, that guy handled business. This guy, all he does is talk and complain and whine, and then he loses. He does it to himself, so I could care less. I’m sure he’s on social media. That’s what he cares about now, and people, ‘Oh, yeah, Drew, you’re funny.’ I can be serious," Priest said.

On the April 8 episode of WWE Raw, Jey Uso pinned McIntyre (after a distraction by CM Punk) to earn a title shot against Priest.

Fightful will have coverage of WWE Raw as it airs, beginning at 8 p.m. ET on April 15.
