Damian Priest Assists Edge Against AJ Styles At WrestleMania 38

Edge got another WrestleMania moment.

Edge was able to best AJ Styles at WrestleMania 38, countering a Phenomenal Forearm with a Spear for the victory. The match was a physical affair with Edge kicking out of the Styles Clash, a superplex onto an apron, and Styles bleeding before the match even got started after an run-in with the Mania set.

Styles was momentarily distracted before going for the forearm by Damian Priest, who made his way to ringside and was ominously standing there while AJ was on the apron. Priest and AJ had a couple of matches against each other on WWE Raw in February.

After the match, Priest and Edge laughed and posed together.

Fightful Select reported on April 1 that there was a pitch for Edge to form a new stable that included Damian Priest.
