As a special surprise on the July 7 episode of AEW Dynamite from Miami, Florida, Dan Lambert of American Top Team appeared in the crowd alongside Jorge Masvidal and Amanda Nunes.

Lambert, who is no stranger to professional wrestling immediately took the mic from Tony Schiavone, during what was supposed to be a positive interview, and began running down AEW, praising the likes of the old-school Championship Wrestling from Florida territory.
Lambert would say that AEW sucks before being put in his place by Lance Archer who would drop him with a Blackout.

Outside of AEW, Lambert has a history managing Bobby Lashley in IMPACT Wrestling and currently works with MLW with names like Tom Lawlor, King Mo, and most recently the newest signing of Alex Kane.
