Daniel Bryan's "Big Announcement" Doesn't Happen On Smackdown Live

Daniel Bryan's big announcement wasn't.

Following his Smackdown Tag Team Title loss at WWE Extreme Rules, a dejected Daniel Bryan said he was going to make a career-changing announcement. As it turns out, he didn't at all.

New Day came out and offered Daniel Bryan and his tag team partner Rowan a rematch for the tag team titles they lost on Sunday, which prompted Bryan and Rowan to come to the entrance way. However, Bryan would never make his announcement or even speak for that matter, and left several times with a scowl on his face. Finally, Bryan dropped the mic and walked out of the ringside area.

Instead, Samoa Joe would come out and address New Day.

Though there was some major injury concern and speculation around the announcement considering Bryan's past, Fightful Select reported on Tuesday afternoon that the announcement would not be injury related.
