Danny Limelight Has Goals Of Being On AEW Roster, Competing In NJPW Best Of Super Juniors

Danny Limelight has made the most of the pandemic as he's wrestled for AEW, NJPW, UWN Live, and GCW.

Moving forward into 2021, Limelight has plenty of goals to still accomplish in the world of wrestling.

"Whether it's this week, next week, next month, next year; I want to be part of the AEW roster and I want to wrestle on Dynamite," Limelight said in an interview with Wrestle Inn"Until that happens, I will continue to do my best and show what I got on AEW Dark. Any opportunity they give me, whether it's on Dark or wherever, I'm going to treat it like it's a main event of a pay-per-view."

Limelight has made multiple appearances on AEW Dark, but has yet to appear on Dynamite.

That's not the only goal for Danny in 2021 as he would also like to play a bigger part in New Japan shows in the new year.

"If I'm not signed to any company and am able to wrestle for New Japan, I would have the goal to compete in Best of Super Juniors. If the Super J-Cup comes back, being part of that tournament. I feel like I should've been part of that tournament, but I'm not mad that I wasn't because the list of competitors they had were amazing and it was a great tournament. I thought because I was in the finals of the Lion's Break Cup tournament, it should have been me in that spot, but I just have to work harder to make it there next year," he said.

Limelight pinned Rocky Romero in a tag team bout at NJPW Super J-Cup, but lost in singles competition to Romero at night two of NJPW Detonation.
